It would seem Foxtel took themselves from our bundle and mailed the account to an address we haven’t lived in for 6 years. They have now suspended our Foxtel.After 2 1/2 hours on the phone yesterday Foxtel has lost a long standing customer. Atrocious service and a couldn’t care less attitude.

May 18, 2012 · Foxtel is a pay TV bully. I lived in the USA for a few years and their DirecTV put pressure on providers like Foxtel and they lowered their costs and increased service. I have a Foxtel satellite dish which could receive any service including Austar, but they are prohibited from serving our area because of Foxtel. Cable is not offered in our area.

I have had Foxtel for over 8 years, always had a problem with recording using IQ2 system. Made numerous complaints over a period of 3 years, only to be told the problem was at my end. Lets be honest their service is abysmal! Eventually after two years, someone in their service centre finally replaced my IQ2 with a "refurbished" IQ2.
