May 18, 2012 · I've had the same issue with Foxtel billing. Was charged $100 installation fee when I was told I would get installation for free due to previous errors by Foxtel. I called up 3-4 times to get the refund processed. Eventually got the money yesterday after about 3 weeks.

Mar 23, 2011 · A few weeks later 2 Foxtel Technicians came out, one of them had a broken wrist so his Supervisor came out to do the actual installation. The installation took a bit under an hour and the technician then spent roughly 30minutes on the phone to Foxtel (mostly on hold) to get the account activated – they where in and out in about an hour 20mins.
