They are in violation of Federal Law. They charge for everything, even customer service. The plan and services are separate charges, so you will have to pay an extra 4.99 for mms and voicemail in addition to the 5.99 for your data, texts and minutes.

Unfortunately, this CELL PHONE provider conveniently neglected to mention in its promo material that this tablet model has NO cell phone capability whatsoever.
