Poor customer service. If you have a problem, they don't want to know. Having confirmed an early morning delivery the next day, the delivery of our new bed was cancelled without a proper apology. I asked to speak to the store manager but he ignored my calls. We will not be using furniture village again due to the poor customer service.

We are writing this review as it is 1 year to the day that we took delivery of a halo chesterfield settee. In our household there is just myself and my wife. After a couple of months we noticed discolouration from the areas we sit. We went into furniture village to seek assistance on 23 May and again on 26 May and also phoned on 9 June.

Good customer service in Stevenage… Good customer service in Stevenage store, not pushy but available with all the right information. Good range of furniture. Ordered 2 3 seater settees and got a good deal. Paperwork completed quickly and efficiently. Impressed so far. Will update further once the settees have been delivered.

Following a very long period of searching for a new sofa, I finally found what I was looking for in furniture village at Metro Centre. Excellent customer service given while choosing my new suite, product knowledge was great,was made to feel very confident in my choice. Unfortunately there was a fault with my suite ( manufacturing fault).
