I have corresponded with Direct Gardening three times in the last two months. Each time I detail the plants that have died by Item#, quantity, price paid while including the original shipping label as Direct Gardening requires. Each time Direct Gardening returns my correspondence asking for information already included.

Apparently the company Direct Gardening hired to handle their complaints/escalations is a 3rd party that has no authority to do anything but send a message to the "office". I am not allowed any further contacts to the "office" to escalate the matter.

Jun 13, 2012 · I ordered a North Start Dwarf Cheery tree from Direct Gardening. It arrived dead, not dormant. Brittle branches, loosing roots and dead buds are not signs of a dormant plant. It indeed was a dwaft. It measured a little over a foot. Their website stated the tree was 3-4 feet tall. The tree was delivered by the USPS in my standard size mailbox.

Jun 04, 2016 · I bought plants from Direct Gardening online. and ended up with dead sticks instead of plants. In order to get a refund for dead plants I was supposed to mail them back on my own account - cool, right? And I was supposed to do so in only two weeks - not enough to figure out whether these plants will resurrect from sticks or not.
