I've dealt with Lakesha as well. I am currently in the process of paying off a legal loan and my car payment. Once these are done, I have two loans remaining - VIP and GECC. I can't close my account until the legal loans and my legitimate debts are covered. I've also found myself in a similar situation with VIP. They take the renewal fee forever.
