Oct 26, 2018 · I am also in a dispute with Genova Diagnostics. They have complaints against them on multiple websites, including the Better Business Bureau. I only approved the easy pay option of $149 and they never contacted me to let me know that they would be charging me over $1000. To the 'doctor' on here who claims it's the patients who did things wrong: it shouldn't be so hard to take a test and get results and not get an insane bill.
