    If you can’t resolve a complaint informally, you can make a formal complaint to Girlguiding HQ. You can make a complaint by emailing [email protected], by completing our online form, by telephone or in person. If you make your complaint verbally, we may ask you to put it in writing.

    This procedure is designed to be used by a Girlguiding appointed investigator, who is asked to carry out an investigation into a concern raised under our safeguarding, complaints, managing concerns about adult volunteers or whistleblowing procedures. An investigator can be a senior volunteer or independent person.
