Cons. Lack of support from managment or senior staff when starting in the Centre. Wasn’t given a formal induction. Full time lifeguards must attend monthly and quarterly training and are given Toil if those are outside contracted hours however when trying to take toil it’s almost like pulling teeth as managment make it almost impossible to use up any hours owed.3/5
