As a customer of Global Payments for over 3 years, I have had nothing but problems with this company. Firstly, when it come to the intitial contract agreement, my company was promised competitive rate charges on the Credit and Debit card transaction fees.

I had the pleasure of doing business with them due to a person who claimed they did not receive a product from me. This escalated to a chargeback.
