This is an update following my complaint, posted this morning, about Lastminute.com and there inability to help me purchase hold baggage from BA! I've just received a telephone call from Lastminute to say that they've been able to resolve this issue for me. Sorted - but it took two written complaints and numerous phone calls to get to this stage!
