dawnag - Might want to read the complaints on BBB. It includes "responses" from Globequest to the purchasers. Maybe post your complaint there to see what sort of answer you'll get. Also, a lot of companies will respond promptly to folks who complain on social media. Don't know if Globequest has a Twitter or FB page, but those might also be options.

We attended the Globe quest travel club presentation on Aug. 11,2017 at the Casa Dorado. We were "lured" in when we went to get our car rental at the airport. Supposedly you have to have car insurance on the rental that was going to be about $250. for 7 days. IF we would attend the GQ presentation they would pay for the insurance and our cost would only be $10./day so we attended.
