Customer service is nonexistent. I have been a loyal customer for many years and spent a lot of money with them - their service is in serious decline. They offer more sales than Amazon does but what good are sales if you can't watch the movies you purchase. Going back to Amazon where the service is reliable and customer service is impeccable.

Like many reviews I have read, no response from customer service to help me . I bought a movie from Wal-Mart with a digital copy. Had to scan receipt and Vudu would email a digital code. Aug 27, 2017 · VUDU is a BLACK HOLE that takes your money and when their system fails to work, there is not accountability to it. Also, they uploaded a new format just prior to the Thanksgiving weekend and on the same day (though I was unable to access the shows hours earlier than their new format).
