Needless to say it did not so I contacted Vudu to let them know I didn’t get the Vudu credit. After days of emailing receipts the picture of the box with the Vudu advertisement at first they told me I was just out of luck so I complained they should take their offer off the box they emailed me back to say they would credit me for 5.99.

Aug 27, 2017 · VUDU is a BLACK HOLE that takes your money and when their system fails to work, there is not accountability to it. Also, they uploaded a new format just prior to the Thanksgiving weekend and on the same day (though I was unable to access the shows hours earlier than their new format).

Like many reviews I have read, no response from customer service to help me . I bought a movie from Wal-Mart with a digital copy. Had to scan receipt and Vudu would email a digital code. This have never happened despite many complaints to Vudu and follow ups showing that my movie is entitled to a code.

Sep 27, 2019 · Vudu likes to brag about getting rentals quicker than Netflix, but if you watch a lot of movies, it is definitely more expensive. For the cost of two rentals on Vudu, you could have a subscription to the Netflix streaming service and watch as many of their streaming titles as you want.
