Apr 30, 2009 · I worked for GMAC Timeshare Division, they have 9 or more offices that strictly call lead sheets that were stolen by employees that work for the resorts, and they are calling timeshare owners saying that GMAC Timeshare Division actually rent or sell points and or weeks, it is a lie.

In April 2008, I received numerous phone calls from GMAC Timeshare Division telemarketers. At first, I was interested in the program and then I learned the company charges the owners a fee of $799. This fee covers the cost for GMAC to market a timeshare week for rental income. My main objection to the program was because of the $799 fee.

They are a scam and the only way to get your money back is to start a class action lawsuit and call your credit card company and dispute the charge and then take them to litigation. DO NOT PAY GMAC any money, THEY ARE A SCAM.
