Feb 09, 2017 · I am out $318,10. I never got the E-mailed link. No customer Service phones were answered by a human. No Customer Service E-mails were answered at all. I sent five e-mail for five days and all this was a week BEFORE the concert. I would suggest that no-one ever use Secure-Tix Online They lied, they stole, they have no customer service.

Disgrace of a company. Classic ticket seller scam, waited in queue for tickets as soon as the waiting room opened 30 mins before the sale time. Once they went up for sale, sat in queue for around 5 mins then given a message saying there were no longer tickets on sale and check back later.

I bought tix the day they got on sale (and paid about 100.00 each) - they were front row, all the way on the right hand side and we could not see the show. The stadium was sold out, there was nothing I could do at the time - so we made the best of it. When I got home that night I emailed the BMG through their website and complained.
