The majority of this is down to poor building and workmanship, however Clarion’s responses are utterly shocking. I have had my entire properly flood, my main door broken and left insecure for days on end. I have made numerous complaints to Clarion but do not get listened too. I wish I read reviews before and did not buy through Clarion!
