Grand Design is poorly constructed, we've owned ours 4 years, we have had A/C, Refrigerator, Schwintek slide, DVD, Roof, and furniture problems since day 1. Their customer service is a JOKE! WE will NEVER buy a GRAND DESIGN ever again. We had to recover the cheap PLEATHER furniture, it peeled off the 1st year of owning it, NOT covered by warranty.4/4(85)

I had not originally planned on buying new or spending as much as we did, but In a nutshell, my wife and I were so impressed with the company and the unit that we invested in the new trailer.

I just bought a 2015 Grand Design 323BHS and joined over there. I didn't mind paying $12/year, my problem is the only way to pay is poo pal which I despise and refuse to use.
