Zipzoomfly refused to re-claim it even fedex suggested me do that. The attitude of their supervisor is disgusted. He said, you can argue me as long as you wish, but we won't reship or refund me. I though I am unfortunate to lost my package, but when I read Joshua's comments, I realized it's not by chance, Zipzoomfly is a fraud.

The BBB has pulled their accreditation from ZipZoomfly for the number of complaints that have been filed against them. ZipZoomfly gives you a lot of excuses such as "We apologize for the inconvenience" when you email them inquiring about the issues.
