Delivery this Christmas has been appalling and having paid for items never received I have to give 1 star, if they dont follow goods in exchange for payment, I'm not sure they should be selling! I said no it was priced at £13, After some conflab, the manager told the assistant that they could refuse my custom, that was there right. What about mine? Zavvi is a nightmare, I hate ordering from them but I take a risk now and again because they do have great prices, I've received damaged products twice from them now, the first time it was a nightmare getting a refund through email, but this most recent time, I rang the number (08442439088) and the issue was dealt with very promptly, and their over the phone customer service was surprisingly ok.

Dec 15, 2015 · I haven't known zavvi to take more than a two days to respond to a complaint and now im quite frustrated and anxious as what to do. I think they know they've screwed me over whether accidently or deliberately and I dont know what action to take, ive spent £40 on a bundle for a steelbook and now have two boxes of tat, one of which I shouldnt have.
