I had emailed Greyhound Canada twice, using their online form. No one responded to my email, not even a confirmation. Called them this morning and received the WORST service ever. The woman I spoke with tried to take some contact information from me, but seemed to have difficulty understanding everything that I was saying, and I had to repeat myself continually.
