Avoid at all costs... I hope I'm never unlucky enough to have to work with Grindeys again. Some of the poorest customer service I have ever experienced with the remortgage department - they are cheap compared to other solicitors but you certainly get what you pay for and that is an incompetent team who basically could not care less.
