I have little to add to what most have said, other than Hachette is the worst customer service I have experienced in my 50+ years on this planet. What's even more incredible is that these awful reviews go back more than two years yet no one in Hachette's management team seems to do anything about it.

I have two subscriptions active with Hachette Partworks, both of which I requested a delivery address change and since have not seen an issue for over two months. I have tried emailing and they have not replied. I called and when I wasn't cut off I was told that I would be called back only to never hear a thing.
