I'll go back 10 years, Halifax made me an appointment to discuss my finances. Because I had a mortgage elsewhere the offer was payment insurance (isn't that PPI??) & because I refused was told I hope you don't get cancer, I was all for pulling my account at that point but the hassle, so kept going.
