The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is the poor quality of the magic drawing board we bought. As reported on other reviews, the product was demonstrated in store, but once we got back home, it didn't meet our expectations. As we don't live in London, it is difficult to return it now.

Cons. i work for RDM, one of the concessions in hamleys, and the management is horrendous. you don’t get treated like a human being, just a toy selling machine. expect to be abused for calling in sick and to be told that you’re an embarrassment if you don’t sell as much as the bossman would like. also the pay is bad, but thats the least of my concerns4/5

Hamleys is a must for everyone, even if you have lived in London all your life. I still feel like a kid the minute I walk through their doors. They have a few people doing demonstrations with the toys throughout all floors. The store has an excellent feeling to it, no wonder people carry out bags and bags of toys.4/5(248)
