The worst customer service. Ordered furniture in November 2019. The sideboard arrived with a broken door :( A new one was delivered today (3 months later) and it is defective on the front so once again need help from customer service who NEVER answer the emails.

Andy in Cardiff gate store was so helpful it was exact on 6 weeks for the delivery (which they estimated) and the delivery men were brilliant. DFS tried to tell me that harveys furniture was cheap Chinese rubbish, don’t listen to them my sofa was made in the uk and is brilliant!

Jun 07, 2017 · I am having a terrible time with Harveys Furniture CS, in that they cannot give me a delivery date for my already delayed furniture. I wasted 40 mins on the phone today speaking to some wee lassie that was of no help what so ever.
