May 23, 2012 · This company sells Hawaii tours at discounts and collects payments via Paypal. Yet, I have found that Hawaii tour sellers are required to have a Client Trust Account, which would prevent a tour seller from using paypal. I have also noticed some serious complaints against this company. Does anyone know if this company is legit?
