Oct 06, 2011 · I want to thank you for posting that email address. I've been searching everywhere for a way of contacting this bunch of jokers. Their online complaints form is appalling! It has a max of 200 characters and you need to put lots of info in. No good if you want a really good rant!

Low and behold, 3 weeks later HDNL try and deliver the parcel they were supposed to have returned to Amazon! Unbelievable!!!!! What a disgrace of a company! I am surprised researching this shambolic company that Amazon continues to use them, there are 1000's of complaints and bad reviews. COME ON Amazon, ditch them to save your reputation.

I am currently waiting for 2 Amazon Prime parcels due for delivery by HDNL today. It is now 5.30pm and the parcels are showing as being in Northern Ireland instead of Boston Lincolnshire. One review site has over 3,000 posts about HDNL and Amazon's own forums have over 100 complaints about HDNL.
