Low and behold, 3 weeks later HDNL try and deliver the parcel they were supposed to have returned to Amazon! Unbelievable!!!!! What a disgrace of a company! I am surprised researching this shambolic company that Amazon continues to use them, there are 1000's of complaints and bad reviews. COME ON Amazon, ditch them to save your reputation.

It is now 5.30pm and the parcels are showing as being in Northern Ireland instead of Boston Lincolnshire. One review site has over 3,000 posts about HDNL and Amazon's own forums have over 100 complaints about HDNL. Amazon are totally ignoring their customers complaints about HDNL.

The reason the likes of HDNL and Yodel don't listen to your complaints is that you are not their customer. They make money from their contract with Amazon. You are irrelevant to them. In every case you have a problem you need to go straight to Amazon who, to be fair, are usually good at dealing with complaints.
