I've bought quite a few things from currys pc world in the past, including a TV which I bought for a Christmas present but i picked that up myself. I've never had anything delivered before and I won't be doing in the future, the service is disgusting, they show no consideration for the customer. I cancelled my order and will never shop there again.

We first raised the issue in 2015, after complaints were spotted on Reddit. At that point, we confirmed with Currys PC World that customers shouldn’t have to pay for the set-up as it is optional.
