Complaint Description: Healthfair Plus PC CHARGED ME $66 FOR SERVICE THAT THEY TOLD ME WOULD BE COVERED BY MY INSURANCE COMPANY. Healthfair Plus PC led me to believe that they were working on behalf of Health Net, my insurance and told me there would be no charge for their service. Four months later, they sent me a bill for $66.
