I need a new roof. Home Depot stressed "proper" ventiliation (non-plastic Ridge vent and adding low profile vents), quality of products (30 lb felt versus 15 lb felt), warranty (lifetime versus 30 year). Home Deport was also the most costly. I didn't see any recent reviews and that concerned me.
