I had 6 months of delays to my installation. 3 months with the dodgy installer and then a further three months following the HETAS complaints procedure. With a building officers inspection and certification, it is perfectly legal to install your own stove or get a regular builder to install a stove. Much, much cheaper than a HETAS installer.
