Hhgregg - Selling used/reburbished as new. So the same thing happened to us. In 2016 we bought a 2017 model LG television (as new). It appears the model they sold us was a refurbished. Most Recent Customer Complaint. I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator from HH Gregg on January 11, 2014 and purchased a 5 year repair contract as well. The refrigerator begin leaking water, leaving mold on my walls and ruining the floor in the kitchen in June 2016.
