HH Gregg WILL NOT replace something just because you have the extended warranty. They will tell you to bring the item to them and they will send off for 6-8 weeks to repair. Can you go without a washer for 6-8 weeks? I can't. AND, unless you have a truck, you have to find a way to get it back to HH Gregg.
