I thought I was dealing directly with… I thought I was dealing directly with the hotel website. I have stayed there numerous times and the website looked very much like the hotel's own until I got my confirmation and saw that I have been charged in full 3 months in advance, which is ludicrous because no hotel in the world would do that.

We booked from the road a few hours before our destination; I thought I was calling the hotel and specifically asked and was told it WAS the Garden Inn reservation desk. They immediately asked for my credit card. I told them they should have it on file, as I'm an Honors member. They told me they needed it anyway. Said the room was $180, they would text me the confirmation since I was on the road.

Via my phone conversation I was informed by a Hotelsone.com employee that I could change my reservation but I would be still be charged for the DFW Hyatt rooms. I believed Hotelsone.com's system is a scam and I would use this Hyatt or this system again. I expect a refund.
