Aug 12, 2012 · I have a 400ci ford sitting on the stand that I got from hiperformer engine (aka S&J Engines) out of WA. They had the best price and most resonable shipping cost. The have a decent warranty and not many bad reviews on the web. I had them install a custom cam and flat top pistons.

Mar 19, 2018 · Just don't be surprised if he has never heard of Hiperformer as Jasper does a really good job at marketing. If he takes a look at the amazing low failure rate and warranty you might be surprised. I have purchased 7 engines from them over the years with zero complaints.

Chevy 350s typically have problems starting in cold weather, especially with temperatures approaching freezing. According to hiperformer.com, if the 350 fails to start, the culprit is usually found with the automatic choke in the closed position. A closed choke can be determined due to the smell of gasoline from the engine compartment.
