The area manager became involved but he blamed the builder, who in turn blamed Homebase. After four months of complaints to both parties the kitchen was finally finished. We asked for compensation which was grudgingly agreed, although not what we would have liked, as Homebase then became patronising and difficult to deal with.

I would not even give One star if possible. I purchased a kitchen from Homebase in less than 8 months I have a buckled worktop AND a chip in my laminate flooring. I live at the property myself and do not use my kitchen heavily. Customer Service are hopeless and very unacccomodating. I am wasting a lot of time contacting Customer Service

Chose a kitchen in November, hassled to pay for it in December Paid for it and told them we did not want it delivered until the end of January, she said it would be ready from the 18th.
