You may not think a company as big as Intuit would be like this, but trust me..THEY ARE. I get Indian sounding Customer Service Reps and I am unsure but I think Homestead is the real culprit here. Intuit probably works thru Homestead because they do not want to take responsiblity for all the credit card fraud complaints and tarnish their image.
