Always book our long journey holidays with hoodaki, the agent named ronn always takes care over choosing our flights etc and always does an excellent job. The travel agent never told me that the baggage wasn't included. Travelling for 2 weeks from UK to India and the travel agent didn't think it was important to mention this detail. I called the complaints department and the person to dealt with my compliant was rude and hung up after saying we can't help you.

Jul 05, 2010 · Anyone used Hoodaki ? Flights, Currency & Car Hire. They are part of Benz Travel and fully licenced by the CAA and IATA so your money ought to be safe but that much of a difference seems very unusual as differences in fares these days tend to be £20 or £30 only.

Please do not book with this company, they are total crooks. Booked Australia tickets and lost £1700. Fortunately booked with credit card, so will get money back, but they have caused me a load of unnecessary stress as they kept on saying that they would refund my money as they cannot supply the tickets at the price I booked them for online.
