Mar 09, 2011 · Just to let you know I am also experiencing issues with horserugs4u.com. I placed an order on the 6th Feb. It was cancelled 2 weeks later and I was promised a refund. Nothing has been received and no-one is returning my calls. I am a member of the Consumer Complaints Forum (CCF) so I have posted the details there:
