Oct 06, 2016 · I also purchased $4, 000 of other furniture last Winter and bought that extended warranty with another company, not Ultrashield, as they do not use them anymore. I will be asking for the money back for that as well. I do not trust a furniture store that sells extended warranties that do not work.

UltraShield is a complete rip-off. This company claims to provide a warranty for consumers who purchase furniture from various stores (i. E. Roomful Express). Whenever you file a claim with them for any repair work, they try to find any way to make sure that they can deny your claim.

Google them, and you will find a ton of stuff about them finding a way to deny your claim, shady practices, and being generally unresponsive.
