However we are losing business & getting a damaged reputation from the complete lack of response UK2 have in regard to an email issue we raised over 72 hours ago. I am now having to lodge a formal complaint (& hoping they have a complaints procedure) to resolve. I do not recommend them and am not likely to renew subscriptions with them.

I've been with UK2 since 2007 and have had no complaints. I've purchased a hosted server from UK2 for many many years and have had no complaints about the service. They let me admin my server as I wish and let me have direct ssh access to it.
