Aug 10, 2018 · I've talked with six of the company's customer service people with no help. The business side doesn't interact with the residential side and neither of those interacts with U-verse. Customers are stuck in a maze of bad customer service and scams. AT&T installed the services and left me with a completely different program than what was promised.
