Aug 19, 2014 · About a year after we paid off our home HSBC/HFC begins billing us for mortgage payments once again. We began numerous correspondence back and forth with HSBC/HFC as to why they are billing us mortgage payments when we have paid off our home. We have never gotten anywhere and then they began stating we are in default of our mortgage.

Complaint / review text: I went to the April 2008 "Home Show" at the State Fair Grounds and see a Countrywide mortgage booth. I went to it, as they have my primary mortgage and the gal asks if I want to investigate getting home insurance through them and save a lot of money.
