I purchased two items from them in 2017 with my personal bank card and the customer service rep decided to put them on my HSN account without informing me. A couple months later I started receiving late notices. So I called in and explained the situation that occurred and was transferred over to HSN bank and payed for both items in full.

All hsn needed to do was to accept my payment in full and credit me for the penalties and interest. They could have made me a happily returning customer. Instead they choose to lose one over their own greed.
