Apparently, that is for HSN customer service and not for Synchrony CS. There is also a fee to pay your bill through the automated system. After 4 days of this nonsense, I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. Hopefully, that will get some action. All I know is after this experience, I’m paying off the Synchrony HSN card and canceling it.

I have the HSN 'store' credit card - it's the HSN credit card without the mastercard logo. and it's happening there. My 93 year old aunt has a HSN (Home Shopping Network) credit card with something called Account Assure, which costs her almost two percent a month, 24 percent a year, for pay-off insurance on that HSN credit card. That is in addition to HSN/Comenity Capital Bank "standard" 26.99 percent annual interest charges.

I have the HSN credit card. If I notice that they're doing that I'm going to immediately cancel my card.I will report them to the FCC & the better business bureau.I will also call HSN corporate & give them a piece of my mind.It's illegal to charge someone interest for a payment they haven't been billed for!! They can't pass the buck to Commenity.
