I understand reserves also understand no sales, but I can and will not ever understand paying people from across the country to show up and set in the crowd to bid the properties up, this is fraud plain and simple.

I purchased a home through a Hudson and Marshall online auction or at least so I thought. My bid was accepted, I wired the earnest money, sent proof of funds, signed my part of the contract, set up closing, emailed and called numerous times as everything was so confusing and getting conflicting info depending on who you talk to.

I personally believe the negative reviews are bogus or inspired through lack of serious due diligence of entire online auction purchasing process.
