Because I have worked with other systems I was able to get us online. Hughes Net was very slow because no accelerator was installed. That was on Friday. On Monday, called Hughes Net and they added the accelerator. Internet still at time sslow even that it is a dedicated line to the Hughes net server.that was just a passthru.

The system would go down every evening at approx. 6:30 and would not come back up until sometime during the night, After many hours on the phone with there technical department (frankly, doing there job) and 5 appointments with tech, reps. they finally changed the satellite they were using and now the system has been up for two days.

Your modem is going to throw a 13.1.1 error code if the modem is powered up by nothing is detected as being plugged into the Modems LAN port. This should also be confirmed by the modems top exterior LED being dark. This could also happen if you remove power from your router so tat the routers MAC address is no longer present. 0 Kudos
