I booked a cruise through iCruise recently. I have previously booked all my cruises through the cruise line directly. I have not had a good experience with iCruise. I would definitely book directly through the cruise line next time. I don't know if it was my agent, or the company itself, but I have gotten the bait and switch.

A friend recommended "icruise" So I looked up a cruise I had booked with Royal Caribbean direct For January 29, 2017. icruise was $450 cheaper for the same category cabin. Their rules seem reasonable about upgrades and changing cabins and cancellations. We have 46 cruises with Royal most of which we booked direct with Royal Caribbean. We have 8 booked between now and February 2017.

I booked a cruise with Cruise.com and found it incredibly easy... the experience was great and my parents, who went on the cruise, absolutely loved the trip. From booking to boarding and back, the Cruise.com staff was super helpful and knowledgable. I'm definitely considering booking another cruise for myself in 2020.

Never heard back from Sandra as of Aug 1st, so I called her. Learned she was no longer with Icruise and was connected to Bonnie, who as been great. My complaint is that Icruise did not reassign our account to another agent and alert us of the change. Bonnie was unable to book airline seats with NCL because there were none left.4.2/5(145)
